We push our feelings aside instead of taking the time to process and understand what we are experiencing. When challenges come our way – such as parenthood stressors or relationship issues – we don’t have healthy ways to cope.

  • Anxiety

    Anxiety can feel like constant worry, acute panic, restlessness, irritability, muscle tension, difficulty concentrating, sleep problems, and/or generally feeling on edge. Anxiety disorders are extremely common, especially in female populations. I provide evidence-based therapy to treat anxiety.

  • Depression

    Depression can present in many ways. You may feel sad, empty, and/or a loss of interest in activities you previously enjoyed. It can affect so many aspects of your life, including your energy, sleep, and relationships with others. I provide evidence-based therapy to treat depression.

  • Cancer

    Many cancer patients experience challenges with depression, anxiety, body image, intimacy, relationships, and careers. Even if you are in survivorship, you may still experience these feelings, as well as fear of recurrence, guilt, and even post-traumatic stress. Therapy will help you process these complex feelings and learn healthy ways to cope.

  • Parenting

    Maybe you are pregnant or postpartum and can’t stop imagining worst case scenarios. Perhaps you are convinced that you aren’t the parent your baby deserves. Or maybe you are struggling with your identity, work-life balance, or “mom guilt.” Whether in pregnancy, postpartum, or later in parenthood, therapy can help. Babies are welcome to join!

  • Relationships

    Perhaps you are dating, recently married, an empty nester, considering divorce, or just looking for ways to improve your relationship. We will process your feelings and you will learn new skills to inspire better communication and a deeper connection with your partner. Or how to heal from divorce and emerge stronger than ever.
